Approaches to selling your personal property:
ESTATE SALES:
A "typical" estate sale involves 2-3 days of informal appraising and assessment of the home's content. A thorough inventory is establish and used during the sale to provide accurate accounting of inventory and final settlement. Next, 1-2 days are involved for the preparing for the sale. The contents of the house are organized, arranged and priced during this time. Lastly, the estate sale runs for 3-days, usually occurring over a weekend.
Depending on the size of the home and amount of inventory, the days for appraising, preparing and actual time for sale will vary.
CONSIGNMENT GALLERY and AUCTION:
Items can be removed from the home and showcased at our online galleries, or coordinated with local auction houses or appropriate dealers. As a member of the College for Appraisers, we work with respected experts and specialists.
DONATIONS:

FORMAL APPRAISAL SERVICES:
Whether for tax purposes, insurance, or just peace of mind, we offer professional written certified appraisals for your antique and collectibles.
